It could have been more, but it was just an exercise

~ 8th October 2004. · 11:39 CET · permanent link · printer friendly ~

I recently designed comp for a client which he realy liked, but when it came to pricing, he decided to give a job to a designer who offered him 50% lower price. Client’s explanation was that he is not familiar with web standards and that he will have problem managing a website, despite my offer to make him a documentation on how to do it for free. People in my country still don’t appreciate new wave of web design. Most of all, they don’t value web designers. Period.

I’m not feeling particulary dissapointed, because it was very nice exercise and i enjoyed. Since i don’t want to throw it in some sub-folder and forget, i’m posting a few bits for your inspiration and for me as a reminder.
