I’m not going to Ajax and DOM Scripting Made Easy by Jeremy Keith

~ 20th June 2006. · 15:16 CET · permanent link · printer friendly ~

Do you remember the Dom scripting book by Jeremy Keith? Well, the guy is going to speak at the one day workshop about the AJAX at the Digital Sandbox, NYC.

Why I’m telling you this? Because, unfortunately, I had to refuse a special invitation from the organizers (sorry, guys)… (Ed: First, I missed the @media, now it seems I’m going to miss this one, too.)

Nevertheless, if you’re going, don’t forget to pick up your Survival Kit (or better said a ‘Surprise’ Kit) and, of course, say ‘hello’ to NY in my behalf.

  1. A bit of a bummer eh. Shame really, as from what I saw of Jeremy Keith at @media was pretty good.

Its a pity you could not have made it to @media. It was good fun, well organised and the seminars were good too. Plus it would have been nice to have met another Croat+croat web designer in London. We’re very rare in this part of the world.

    Anyway, maybe next time.

Btw, you guys got a nice little mention in Andy Clarke’s presentation.

  2. To be honest, I was hoping I will meet some of my virtual buddies at these events. The seminars in this case would be a kind of add-on value, not the primary goal.

BTW, not surprise that Andy mentioned us… We strongly believe he’s secretly in love with our work (well… at least as half as we’re in love with his).

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time, but if you have anything to say, please send me a message.
